13 Days Itinerary

DAY 01: ARRIVE VIENNA.
Assemble at Mumbai airport. Board your flight to Vienna the capital and largest city of Austria and one of the nine states of Austria. Vienna is Austria's primary city. Upon arrival we will proceed for a guided half day sightseeing of Vienna with an entrance to Schoenbrunn Palace.

DAY 02: VIENNA – PRAGUE
Proceed to Prague. On arrival half day guided sightseeing visiting major historical areas of the city centre: the New Town with Wenceslas Square at its heart, the historic Old Town and the picturesque Lesser Town (Mala Strana). Later we visit Prague Castle & Prague Cathedral.

DAY 03: PRAGUE – CESKY KRUMLOV - BRNO
Proceed to Cesky Krumlov. On arrival Guided city tour. Cesky Krumlov is a small city in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic, best known for the fine architecture and art of the historic old town and Český Krumlov Castle. Old Český Krumlov is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and was given this status along with the historic Prague castle district. Later Proceed to Brno.

DAY 04: BRNO – OLOMOUC - WADOWICE - KRAKOW
Proceed to Olomouc, a premier city in Moravia. Olomouc is a unique complex of landmarks, including churches, cathedrals and chapels, whose monumentality can be admired in many parts of the city centre. The visit of Pope John Paul II to Olomouc in 1995 bears witness to an undiminishing importance of Olomouc as a religious centre of Moravia. Later proceed to Wadowice. Wadowice, small city of about 20,000 some 30 miles southwest of Krakow, has got international recognition as the birthplace of Pope John Paul II. The place has been turned into a museum and used to exhibit. Later proceed to Krakow.

DAY 05: KRAKOW – CZESTOCHOWA
Proceed to Czestochowa the icon of Jasna Góra was painted by Luke the Evangelist on a tabletop built by Jesus himself, and the icon was discovered by St. Helen, mother of Emperor Constantine and collector of Christian relics in the Holy Land. Later return to Krakow and visit the Sanctuary of Divine Mercy.

DAY 06: KRAKOW – BUDAPEST
Proceed to Budapest. On arrival short guided tour of Budapest. The tour covers the major attractions such as: Castle District with Matthias Church, Gellért Hill, Andrássy Avenue, Opera House, Heroes’Square, Millenium Memorial, Margaret Bridge, Parliament.

Overnight: Krakow.

DAY 07: BUDAPEST - PLITVICE
Proceed to Plitvice National Park. Plitvice Lakes National Park is the oldest national park in Southeast and the largest national park in Croatia The national park was founded in 1949 and is situated in the mountainous karst area of central Croatia. The national park is world famous for its lakes arranged in cascades. Currently, 16 lakes can be seen from the surface.These lakes are a result of the confluence of several small rivers and subterranean karst rivers. The lakes are all interconnected and follow the water flow. They are separated by natural dams of travertine, which is deposited by the action of moss, algae, and bacteria. The particularly sensitive travertine barriers are the result of an interplay between water, air and plants. The encrusted plants and bacteria accumulate on top of each other, forming travertine barriers which grow at the rate of about 1 cm per year.

DAY 08: PLITVICE – MEDJUGORJE.
Depart Plitvice and proceed to Medjugorje. Međugorje is a town located in western Bosnia and Herzegovina, in the Herzegovina region around 25 km southwest of Mostar and close to the border of Croatia. it has become a popular site of religious pilgrimage due to reports of apparitions of the Virgin Mary to six local Catholics. The name Međugorje literally means "an area between mountains". At an altitude of 200 m (660 ft) above sea level it has a mild Mediterranean climate

DAY 09: MEDJUGORJE

Today, you have full day for your religious activities. We visit all the holy sites. Since the apparitions began in 1981, millions of pilgrims of all faiths, from all over the world, have visited Medjugorje on pilgrimage and have left spiritually strengthened and renewed.

DAY 11: MEDJUGORJE – SPLIT (Lucerne – Zurich)
Depart Medjugorje for Split. Half day guided city tour of Split. The old town of Split is built on and around the spectacular Roman Palace erected by the Roman Emperor Diocletian (born in Salona – today’s Solin) in the 4th century. The walking tour starts with a visit to the cellars of the Palace that are still very well preserved. The cellars offer a good view at how the life in the Palace was organized. Other sites such as the Golden Gate, the Silver Gate, the Peristyle Square etc. will be seen from the outside.

DAY 12: SPLIT - ZAGREB

Proceed to Zagreb. Upon arrival proceed for a guided tour of Zagreb. You can explore this capital on foot. It is split into an ‘Upper Town’, which contains most of the cities landmarks and a ‘Lower Town’, which contains most of the cities art museums and finest examples of 19th century.

DAY 13: ZAGREB - DOHA
Depart Zagreb for Doha. Arrive Doha, transfer to your hotel.
